I'm bringing in a new BMW X5 from NI and getting it converted for commercial use, I had originally intended to bring it in January and have it registered as a 2011 vehicle, but I was told that the rules were changing from the 1st of January that a new N1 COC for the converted vehicle would be required. But if I brought it in December and registered it early as a 2010 vehicle then the original M1 COC would suffice.
Can anyone shed any light on this? |
