Charge for Extras at the VTO

Hi, I will bring a car in from the UK shortly...it will have leather seats.

Am wondering what scope the VTO have for charging you on extras, will leather seats cost me?

I couldn't find a guideline on the Revenue website. Was looking here: http://www.revenue.ie/en/tax/vrt/leaflets/vrt1.html

if leather seats are not included as standard in the irish version of the car you have, you may be charged
