Hi,
I brought a car over from England 3-4 years ago. I paid the VRT the Revenue quoted me of E15,000, without question. I've since been hearing about people who appealed their quotation before paying the VRT and were successful in reducing the amount the Revenue initially quoted them. Can I appeal my amount now or has too much time lapsed? I could really do with a refund!
