|
|
I paid 1170 euro vrt for my mazda b2500 pickup in March 2007.
Its a 2door crew cab body.Ive just discovered the 45 per cent of wheelbase/weight thing. On measuring the load space (1.74m) and the wheelbase (2.99m) i see its well over the 45per cent .Does it have to qualify on the weight issue as well in order for me to appeal?
Also is it to late to appeal as it was over two years ago.
Thanx |

"Crew cabs will be classified as a category B vehicle where the Gross Vehicle Weight is less than 3,500 kgs and has a floor length that is not less than 45 percent of the wheelbase when measured in such manner as may be prescribed by the Commissioners"
If the gross vehicle weight is less than 3500, then you were charged correctly I'm thinking |
